All pieces are guaranteed against defects in manufacture. If for some reason you are not happy with the product received, please email us directly at info@kingstmetalsmiths.com.au or call 0411591448, with a description of the issue. All issues will be addressed on a case by case basis and corrected or replaced if necessary. We cannot replace in the case of metal tarnishing or wear and tear that has occurred due the treatment and wear of the piece. We will happily accept pieces back for polishing in the case of tarnishing or mild surface scratching. King St Metalsmiths does not take responsibility for issues that arise from general wear and tear, however we will always try to work with you to ensure your piece looks good for years to come.
